Experience and qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in API or web services testing.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, request and response validation, authentication, headers, and status codes.
• Experience creating and executing comprehensive test cases and test suites.
• ISTQB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform SoapUI or ReadyAPI testing for web services.
• Test and validate REST APIs, including requests, responses, authentication, headers, and status codes.
• Conduct functional and regression testing.
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test suites.
• Manage defects and support test execution activities.
• Contribute to test strategy and API automation activities where applicable.
