Role Overview
As a Test automation engineer, you will work in a product development team that develops highly configurable software in a collaborative environment employing agile development methodologies.
As an individual contributor, you participate in the entire life cycle of product development and contribute to build quality product offerings.
In conjunction with development engineers, you will design and implement strategies and tools for efficient and comprehensive automated testing.
Under direct supervision, assists in testing application components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems.
Assists in validating existing software to work as per Business Requirements and create and maintain required documentation for regular validation.

Must have:
- 3+ years of automation test experience using JavaScript and test frameworks like Quest, Jest, TestCafe.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design and debugging skills.
- Experience in manual testing.
- Strong experience in API automation testing and framework building.
- Strong knowledge of writing Integration test and UI test.
- Test automation skills – with JavaScript
- Awareness on Test Plan and Test strategy
- Strong on understanding test cycles and should be proficient on test case identification
- Proficient creating scripts using reusable methods.
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL programming and database technologies.
- Must be self-motivated and take initiative in performing tasks and growing skills and knowledge.
- Analyzing existing systems to find areas for improvement.
- Evolving automated test framework to achieve higher test throughout, with increased accessibility and test execution flexibility.
- Nice to have:
- Familiar with Azure DevOps
