Role Overview
Software Specialist responsible for implementing MES solutions and supporting customers throughout the project and post-live lifecycle.
The role operates within a defined framework and includes technical delivery, customer interaction, and extensive travel.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to MES solution implementation using the Software Suite.
- Own technical deliverables across assigned project lifecycles.
- Participate in architecture, design, and functionality decisions.
- Conduct site assessments and develop strategies tailored to customer organizations.
- Recommend workflows, applications, interfaces, reports, testing, and uploads.
- Ensure go-live readiness, provide support, and conduct post-live checks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues using established procedures and consult senior team members when needed.
Required Qualifications
- MTech or ME in Power System Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience with SCADA, EMS, DMS, or WAMS systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
