Role Overview

  • The Sales Executive will promote and sell the company's software solutions and enterprise systems to government, semi government, and private sector organizations.
  • The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long term customer relationships, managing the sales cycle, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company's software solutions and enterprise systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, enterprises, and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Pre Sales team to propose suitable solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and introduce the company's products and services to potential customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Monitor government and private sector tenders, projects, and business opportunities.
  • Manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract award and closing.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in software, technology, or enterprise solution sales.
  • Proven experience in selling enterprise systems, government solutions, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience selling solutions to government entities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Knowledge of government procurement procedures, tendering processes, and project acquisition practices.
  • Established professional network within government or large enterprise organizations.
  • Good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Administrative Communication Systems, Electronic Archiving and Document Management, Meetings & Committees Management, Facility Management, and Fleet Management solutions.
  • Strong capability in preparing professional commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales pipeline management tools.
