About the Role
Almas IT Infrastructure is hiring a Business Development Executive to promote and sell ERP and software solutions, generate leads, conduct presentations, and close deals. Candidates need 1+ year of software sales experience in the UAE, fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, and knowledge of ERP/POS solutions.

- Generate new leads through cold calls, visits, referrals, and networking
- Qualify inbound leads provided by the company
- Research potential clients and understand their business needs
- Conduct software presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up on leads and proposals to move deals forward
- Negotiate pricing and close the sales deal effectively
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or tracking systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of software sales experience in the UAE
- Good command over spoken and written English, Hindi and Malayalam (mandatory)
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and deal closures
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, BCom or related field
- Knowledge of ERP, POS, or business software solutions (mandatory)
