  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical test cases.
  • Execute and maintain automated test suites for API and UI testing.
  • Perform manual testing as needed to ensure full feature coverage.
  • Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities within Agile sprints.
  • Apply AI-driven test generation tools and autonomous agents to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
  • Implement and maintain AI-powered test agents for:
  • Automated test creation
  • Intelligent regression selection
  • Automation script development
  • Self-healing automation scripts
  • Use tools such as Selenium, WebDriver, Postman, Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, and MongoDB.
  • Work with Linux, Docker containers, and AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, SQS, DynamoDB).
  • Identify, isolate, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Generate test data to validate critical business logic.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with developers on root-cause analysis.
  • Replicate production defects in QA environments.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to meet sprint goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide feedback on product quality, usability, and process improvements.
  • Support deployment activities in QA and production environments using automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of programming experience (Java or other languages).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation and manual testing
  • Exposure to AI concepts like prompt engineering or agentic AI, required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable communicating in a multicultural work environment.
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to grammar and detail.
