Role Description
We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead for T24 projects in a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The Team Lead will oversee the planning, design, and execution of software testing processes to ensure top-tier quality assurance.
Responsibilities include managing QA processes, creating and reviewing detailed test cases, collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve software issues, and mentoring team members to ensure adherence to best practices and standards in quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Software Quality Assurance, and QA Engineering
- Proficiency in software development practices and collaboration with development teams
- Experience in designing, writing, and executing detailed test cases
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and mentor a QA team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of T24 (Temenos) core banking software is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Led testing for Oracle FLEXCUBE across core banking and digital payment systems.
- Supported Tanfeeth service rollout, ensuring compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and integration with Saudi Payments.
- Validated payments,Cards, and Payment Cortex platforms, including transaction routing and reconciliation.
- Drove test automation strategy, increasing automation coverage for APIs, UI, and regression cycles.
- Conducted testing for loans, accounts, and financial transactions with full lifecycle coverage.
- Established QA standards and supported Agile delivery across multiple teams.
