We are looking for a motivated Software Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in manual and automation testing using Playwright and JavaScript.
The ideal candidate will ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our trading platforms and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript).
- Execute regression, functional, integration, and UI testing across various environments.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to identify and resolve defects early.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and documentation of test cases and results.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience in Playwright automation with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Forex/Fintech/Crypto industry background is preferred.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in financial or trading platforms.
- Knowledge of performance or security testing tools.
