Position Summary
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst validates that our releases work the way clinicians, staff, and administrative teams need them to. Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans for new features, enhancements, and defect fixes across the product suite.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing on desktop, web, and mobile applications.
- Investigate reported defects, reproduce issues, identify root cause where possible, and document findings with clear, reproducible steps.
- Use SQL to validate data integrity, verify expected system behavior, and support defect investigation.
