You will lead the design, test and automation of functional and non-functional validations and quality initiatives across cloud-native, microservices-based solutions, ensuring the delivery of scalable, resilient, and high-quality products.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with leadership capabilities, driving modern automation practices, mentoring teams, and championing a quality-first culture.

Our cloud-native platform ingests and processes massive-scale telemetry, performance, fault, configuration, and operational data from thousands of network functions.

Leveraging Kubernetes, microservices, data lake architecture, AI/ML-driven analytics, automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA), anomaly detection, and predictive insights, the platform enables real-time monitoring, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and remediation recommendations.

The system is built using modern technologies including Golang, OpenShift, OpenTelemetry, React based UI, ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Kafka, and Agentic AI frameworks to build scalable, intelligent, and highly resilient telecom solutions.
