- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories
- Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features
- Oversee project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and improve project processes for better efficiency and effectiveness
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in software development
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks
- Experience working with cross functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Jira
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Fluency in Arabic is essential
- Background in software development or IT is a plus
