• Practical object-oriented programming experience for scalable and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work independently remotely, manage time, and communicate clearly in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with modern development stacks, testing practices, and security considerations is advantageous.
