Role Overview
Build internal platforms and intelligent systems that power Salesforce demo experiences across products and industries.
The role focuses on AI-driven platforms, abstractions, and capabilities used by other teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack applications, scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices for internal AI-powered tools.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered agents, reusable agent tools, Slack bots, and AI-driven self-service workflows.
- Implement RAG systems, embeddings, context-aware data pipelines, and end-to-end frontend and backend experiences.
- Write reliable, observable, maintainable code and participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical decisions.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers while improving performance, cost, and developer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong software engineering, system design, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern backend frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML integrations.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and understanding agentic patterns.
