Software Engineering Manager II, Display and Video 360

Responsibilities

• Capture, read, and process billions of raw serving logs daily from both Google O&O (Owned and Operated, e.g., YouTube via Evenflow) and non-O&O (RTB/Exchange) pathways.
• Manage and optimize high-cardinality stats tables (primarily hosted on Napa) to store metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and costs.
• Maintain the query engines (like Qubos, Tangle, and Mars) that retrieve stats efficiently. This infrastructure powers the DV360 UI, Report Builder, and external APIs.
• Operate the backend pipelines that calculate billable costs, manage financial reconciliation, and ensure month-end close stability.
• Own the tools advertisers use to gather insights, such as Instant Reporting, Offline Reporting, and inline stats widgets throughout the campaign workflow. Ensure campaign metadata (Advertiser, Line Item, Creative info) is correctly mapped and widened alongside raw performance stats.
