Role Overview
Lead, build, and enhance enterprise applications supporting enforcement, adjudication, and permits.
Manage development teams while integrating modern AI tooling throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate across developers, product managers, operations, and QA to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team comprising Java, .NET, and VB developers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Manage deliverables, on-time delivery, financial tracking, and time tracking against budget guidelines.
Development and AI Delivery
- Oversee development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications.
- Ensure code quality, application performance, and scalability.
- Provide hands-on guidance for technical challenges.
- Lead adoption of Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI coding assistants.
- Drive AI-assisted migration of legacy code to modern Java or .NET.
- Integrate AI-assisted development workflows into the team's software development lifecycle.
