In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of full-stack engineers, overseeing their daily operations, performance reviews, and career development, and directing the activities of both the development and software quality assurance functions.
- Technical Oversight: Lead the architectural design and implementation of end-to-end digital systems optimized for speed, scale and security.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable codebases.
- Mentorship: Coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Coordinate across enterprise-wide technical teams and sync with functional leads, project managers, product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment for on-time delivery.
- Development: Maintain hands-on involvement in both front-end and back-end coding tasks, solving complex technical challenges as an escalation resource.
- Delivery Performance: Own and improve the team’s engineering metrics — deployment frequency, change failure rate, cycle time, and sprint velocity — driving a consistent, automated release cycle with minimal production failures.
Guide adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools (including AI and modern platforms).

For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
13+ years of professional full-stack development, including a minimum of 4 years in a technical leadership position overseeing teams of five or more.
Strong technical expertise in Node.js, Express, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a deep understanding of building scalable and maintainable backend services.
Advanced skills in React.js with Redux for building modern web applications.
Strong experience in system integration, API management, and designing RESTful APIs for scalable, high-performance applications.
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service ), Docker, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Proficient with CI/CD pipelines, Azure Repos / Git, and modern DevOps workflows to ensure seamless code deployment and environment management.
Experienced in working with databases like Cosmos DB (including Gremlin API) or PostgreSQL.
That Set You Apart
- MS in Computer Science, IT or a related engineering or technical degree preferred.
- Experience with Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Functions, and MuleSoft.
- Previous experience leading integration initiatives between legacy and modern systems.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile Framework.
