A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Software Engineering Intern in Siemens Energy’s Gas Services Middle East EHS function, you will turn ambiguous operational problems into working digital solutions.
You will work on AI-assisted tools, automations, and EHS data products that support safer and smarter operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design, prototype, and deliver AI-powered and digital applications for real EHS use cases.
- Take solutions from concept through testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Build generative AI capabilities using LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Prepare, clean, and integrate EHS data from multiple sources.
- Develop data products, dashboards, and visualizations, including in Power BI.
- Partner with EHS specialists and stakeholders to translate workflow needs into prototypes.
- Support adoption through demonstrations, training, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Apply version control, testing, and API or database integration to build maintainable solutions.
What You Bring
- You are pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
- Academic or internship experience in software development, data analytics, or AI/ML projects is preferred.
