The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Advisor, which is a Band 4 Individual Contributor Career Track Role.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineering Lead Analyst to join our Home Delivery organization . This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end business solutions —from requirements gathering through production deployment —with deep expertise in Python programming , machine learning , and generative AI .
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agentic frameworks , natural language processing , and modern AI development tools . Responsibilities include designing intelligent systems, building scalable solutions, and integrating human-in-the-loop methodologies to deliver impactful AI-driven products.
In addition to solution delivery, the candidate should demonstrate an automation-first and continuous improvement mindset , driving adoption of CI/CD tools and contributing to the evolution of development processes and toolsets.
