Role Overview

The position owns the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models.
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous enterprise business problems into agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies.
- Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents that operate across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources.
- Build and ship North AI workspace platform features from conceptualization through production.
- Scope and shape customer use cases end-to-end, working across technical areas including frontend when needed.
- Contribute shared frameworks and patterns that support consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Drive clarity and alignment in ambiguous situations and raise engineering quality across the organization.
- Travel up to 20% to work on-site with customers and partners.

- AI agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from the start of production delivery.
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience with applied AI experience.
- Ability to translate ambiguous enterprise business problems into agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methods.
- Ability to design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents that operate across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources.
- Ability to work across the full product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.
- Ability to work directly with enterprise customers and partners on real-world technical problems.
