Software Engineer role in the Platform group supporting cloud infrastructure and the software lifecycle.

The platform supports drug discovery, machine learning research, and software development at Isomorphic Labs.

The role requires initiative and independent contribution in an early-stage, evolving environment.

Design, operate, manage, and refine research, development, and production cloud infrastructure.
Develop and manage tools and processes to enhance software development practices.
Contribute to decisions about tooling, infrastructure, and architectural design.
Collaborate with science, machine learning research, product, business development, and operations teams.

Strong experience with Docker, Terraform, and at least one major cloud platform.
Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
Clear understanding of Infrastructure as Code.
Extensive modern DevOps experience covering CI/CD, release management, and automation.
Experience with Helm, Kustomize, Kapitan, or similar deployment tools.
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or similar monitoring and observability tools.
