About HEO
HEO provides commercial non-Earth imaging and insights services using cameras mounted on satellites to image space objects.
The company helps governments and commercial companies monitor spacecraft and other space objects.
HEO is headquartered in Sydney and has offices in London, Washington DC, and Tokyo.
About the Role
The role is a Fullstack Engineer position with a strong backend focus.
The engineer will work with research and development and product development functions in Sydney.
The role supports HEO Inspect, HEO's proprietary non-Earth imaging data and insights platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features for HEO Inspect with emphasis on performance, user experience, and interactivity.
- Maintain and develop cloud-based backend services that automate space operations.
- Work with research and development to productionise algorithms that enhance operations.
- Collaborate with product, go-to-market, and analyst teams to meet customer requirements through applications, APIs, and integrations.
