Role overview

Requirements

• Requires 4–7 years of software development experience.
• Requires strong Node.js and Python programming skills and experience building production-quality software.
• Requires experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, AWS cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Requires experience developing QA automation and test frameworks with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Core responsibilities

• Own feature delivery from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Build automated frameworks and tests for APIs, backend services, and cloud-native applications.
• Define test strategies, quality standards, coverage requirements, and release readiness criteria.
• Drive code quality, reliability, performance, security, observability, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
