Role Overview
Work in H&M’s Digital Transactions product engineering area on SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris.
Own development, enhancement, maintenance, production stability, defect resolution, code quality, and continuous platform evolution.
Support customer-facing commerce capabilities including cart, checkout, wishlist, order confirmation, and order-related integrations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance SAP Commerce features across cart, checkout, wishlist, orders, customers, products, pricing, promotions, delivery, and related flows.
- Build and maintain OCC REST APIs for frontend and composable storefront applications.
- Work across SAP Commerce controllers, facades, services, DAOs, converters, populators, interceptors, events, cronjobs, impex, back office, Flexible Search, Solr, and Cloud Hot Folder.
- Support transactional journeys involving cart calculation, delivery, payment, order placement, confirmation, and downstream integrations.
- Troubleshoot issues using logs, API payloads, database queries, Flexible Search, stack traces, and monitoring dashboards.
- Participate in technical design, impact analysis, estimation, implementation planning, and code reviews.
- Improve performance, maintainability, scalability, production readiness, and code quality.
- Own assigned features from development through release and post-release support in an agile product team.
