Software Engineer, Regulatory Reporting

As a Lead Software Engineer on the Regulatory Reporting Engineering team, you will play an integral role in automating our Compliance & Finance regulatory processes.

You'll build on your analytical skills to create solutions that process large amounts of data from our data warehouse to generate clean, correct reporting, including building out reconciliations.

You will partner with key stakeholders across the Compliance, Finance, and Treasury teams to understand regulatory/financial obligations and business requirements, and translate them into clean designs and scalable solutions.

As the tech lead in the team, you will provide technical guidance, prioritizing work, perform hands-on design and development and code review, as well as evolve our technical standards and best practices.

Tech Stack: Python, SQL, Snowflake, Retool, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo, Metaplane, REST APIs

• You have at least three (3) years of software design and development experience including CI/CD, source code control, testing, and quality management.
