Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer with strong Business Analysis capabilities to support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions across web applications, backend services, mobile applications, Point of Sale (POS) systems, self-service kiosks, and integrated enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate web applications, mobile applications (iOS and Android), backend APIs, POS systems, kiosks, and third-party integrations.
- Test payment workflows, transaction processing, customer journeys, and business-critical processes.
- Verify integrations with backend systems, APIs, authentication services, ERP/CRM platforms, and external vendors.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Perform database validation and data integrity checks using SQL.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
- Conduct release validation and production readiness testing.
- Support test automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of quality releases.
- Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
