Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support automation solutions across business functions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms and a strong understanding of business processes, automation best practices, and software development principles.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, build, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / Power Automate .
• Develop reusable components, bots, workflows, and frameworks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT and production rollout.
• Monitor bot performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Support existing bots by handling incidents, enhancements, and optimizations.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, design, development, and user guides.
• Follow best practices for coding, security, compliance, and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, business analysts, and operations.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath / AA / BP / Power Automate).
• Proficiency in automation workflows, orchestrators, and bots.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and basic scripting (Python, VB, C#, Java).
