- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript
- Experience designing APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems
- Experience with AI enabled automation, agentic workflows, or LLM based assistants
- Experience with ServiceNow (ITIL, PM/IM/CM, Automation, Dashboard creation)
- Experience with Jira, Splunk, Datadog, or PagerDuty
