Software Engineer - New Grad

Hipp is an AI-native healthcare platform built to modernize operations for non-hospital healthcare providers. We partner closely with ABA, behavioral health, and therapy organizations to streamline clinical workflows, billing, and revenue cycle operations - so providers can focus on delivering care.

We’re building the next generation of healthcare infrastructure and are looking for curious, motivated early-career engineers who want to build real systems and learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.

As a Software Engineer Intern / New Grad , you will work closely with experienced engineers to design, build, and ship features across the Hipp platform. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience building production systems while learning modern engineering practices.

You will contribute to real product development, collaborate across teams, and gain exposure to the challenges of building scalable healthcare infrastructure.
