Work Model
- The role follows a hybrid work model with two days in the office.
- On remaining days, employees may work remotely or from the office, subject to manager coordination.
Role Overview
The Software Engineer will build products for internal employees, including automations, shared tools, applied AI workflows, and measurement systems.
The team works close to product and engineering teams, turning local workflow solutions into reusable organizational leverage.
Forward-Deployed Engineering
- Embed with teams to understand workflows and build custom automations, integrations, and AI-augmented tools.
- Build agentic and LLM-powered workflows for log analysis, repetitive processes, content generation, and data wrangling.
- Generalize successful one-off solutions into reusable internal tools and templates.
- Partner with teams adopting new tooling and help reduce the barrier to productive use.
Internal Tools and Platforms
- Design, build, and operate internal tools and beta platforms, including authoring experiences, automation surfaces, and integrations.
