Role Overview
Full-time Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable micro platforms that support core business services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions in a distributed systems environment.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote position with work from anywhere.
Compensation
- Payout is $180K-$250K per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable micro platforms.
- Implement and optimize backend services using modern development practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps to support seamless platform deployment and monitoring.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across distributed systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on backend development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
