Job Summary

You will impact the planning, execution, and delivery of parallel projects, enabling NetApp customers to embrace our Enterprise, Cloud, and AI solutions.

Education
11–15 years of overall industry experience in software development, cloud, or storage technologies (adjustable based on the role level).
3+ years of experience as a Manager, leading engineering or cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to lead teams through the full software development life cycle.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional groups (Development, QA, Automation).
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
