Interview Engineers facilitate technical interviews with software developers around the world through Karat's platform.

The work focuses on inclusive hiring, bias mitigation, stronger hiring signals, and objective candidate evaluations.

What Interview Engineers do

Facilitate interviews through Karat's platform and create an enjoyable candidate experience.
Evaluate candidates' fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge.
Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge-question answers, and coding approach.
Partner with Karat to test content, processes, and products.

Required experience

At least 3 years of experience as a software developer or engineer.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
A high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
