Role Overview
The Software Engineer in Test will support end-to-end test automation for CRM, contact center, AI, and service operations initiatives across multiple regions.
The role supports automation solutions from development through technical go-live.
The position works in a fast-paced environment using the Scaled Agile Framework across multiple Agile Release Trains.
What You'll Do
- Enhance test automation frameworks for scalability, modularity, maintainability, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Design and implement an AI-driven test engine for generating scenarios and optimizing execution.
- Build backend services, APIs, and workflows for test setup and result processing.
- Create frontend interfaces for test configuration, execution monitoring, and result visualization.
- Develop reusable automation scripts for UI, API, database, and potentially mobile or desktop applications.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, run tests, analyze failures, and maintain test assets.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product owners, and mentor junior team members.
- Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, manage test data and environments, and maintain documentation.
