What you will do:

Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and microservices.

Lead the technical design and implementation of complex features and platform capabilities.

Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Drive architectural decisions across APIs, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices.

Evaluate technical trade-offs to balance scalability, reliability, and delivery timelines.

Leverage AI-assisted development to improve engineering productivity and software quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions.

Lead design reviews, perform code reviews, and champion engineering best practices.

Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Own technical delivery, coordinating implementation across multiple workstreams.

Improve system performance, reliability, observability, automation, and developer tooling.

Contribute to technical documentation, architecture standards, and continuous process improvement.
