Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Execute software solution design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain application algorithms.
• Use authorized AI coding tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation with appropriate validation.
• Apply Software Development Life Cycle tools and AI-assisted automation to improve delivery and productivity.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure code meets design constraints.
• Analyze and visualize large, diverse data sets to support continuous improvement of applications and systems.
• Identify data patterns and hidden problems to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, security, and responsible use, and guide peers on safe usage.

Required Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training or certification and at least three years of applied experience are required.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability is required.
