We are a backend-focused, hybrid team based primarily in Warsaw. We build and maintain internal platform that support the development and evaluation of AI-powered products. The team works across backend engineering, infrastructure, and developer tooling, with a strong focus on reliability and developer experience. You’ll help the team build the platform that runs critical daily evaluations to assess the quality of our agentic platform. You’ll primarily work with Java, Python, PostgreSQL and GCP.
