What you'll own
- Solve complex energy-sector domain modeling challenges.
- Build robust, fault-tolerant software with Python, Django, GraphQL, Celery, and PostgreSQL.
- Write clean code and comprehensive unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Debug production issues and learn from failures in a large codebase.
- Document features for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to a supportive, growth-focused engineering culture.
- Own medium-sized engineering problems and address observability gaps.
- Manage technical escalations independently.
- Mentor junior engineers, support onboarding, and participate in hiring debriefs.
- Collaborate across domains and promote performance, security, and testability.
