Job Responsibilities Include: Participates in an Agile development process to produce reliable software solutions for mission critical systems.
Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business and mission problems.
Participates in one or all of the software disciplines available including UI, Infrastructure and back-end development.
Interfaces with Management, Software Engineers, Systems Engineers and Test Engineers to generate thorough investigations and solutions to problems.
Is self-motivated to explore solutions to software issues and can communicate them with the team.

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent engineering/technical degree with a concentration in computer science courses.
At least 2-10 years’ experience and proven performance in software engineering, including problem analysis and resolution, requirements analysis and definition, design, code, and integration testing.
Ideal Skills and Experience: Proven knowledge and experience around object-oriented programming.
Advanced Linux skills (RedHat Enterprise Linux preferred).
with Git/GitLab/GitTea.
with C++ and/or Java.
with Python or Bash Scripting Experience with networking a preferred.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S.
Citizenship.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens.
Infrequent lifting of <40lbs.
Movement between points within the same office or between buildings.
Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
