The HRIS product team builds systems for employee records, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, transitions, and organizational management.

The team supports enterprise growth and new product lines while maintaining employee data correctness and completeness.
HRIS product areas include intuitive employee-data workflows, scalable flow infrastructure, HR applications, and organization management.
Role responsibilities
- Partner with design and product management leaders to shape team vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Balance platform and product perspectives while delivering core products.
- Lead architectural, hiring-process, engineering-effectiveness, and post-mortem initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and drive development for a broadly scoped engineering team.
- Mentor team members, set expectations, and help them take on larger workstreams.
- Build and operationalize tools, monitors, and processes that improve engineering quality.
