Software Engineer I (2-4 years in Java,Springboot,AWS)

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Software Engineer I – Java Backend Developer to join our ever evolving Billing and Funding team and help shape the future of global commerce.

Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

Participate in the design and development of RESTful APIs and microservices.

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design and manage data effectively.

Contribute to code reviews and adopt CI/CD and version control practices (e.g., Git).

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, and data structures.

Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot or Spring MVC.

Basic understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Knowledge on AWS services like S3, ECS etc.
