Designing, developing, and maintaining integrations with external systems such as I9 Tracker and HRSD content management.

Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in both development and production environments.

Participating in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Lead and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code, following industry best practices and company standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions that meet business objectives.

Perform code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to design specifications and coding standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Prepare and produce software releases, ensuring thorough testing and adherence to release schedules.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance product quality and development processes.

Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for code generation, debugging, unit tests, and documentation.

Review and validate AI-generated code, suggestions, and documentation before implementation.

Take ownership of new assignments across HRT modules and support changing business priorities.
