Software Engineer

Collaborate with team members to solve business and technical problems and use AI tools to improve productivity and learning.

Implement features, enhancements, engineering patterns, coding standards, security requirements, and operational best practices.

Leverage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Analyze telemetry, logs, and operational data to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and improve service reliability.

Contribute to team knowledge repositories and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Partner with peer teams to deliver solutions and support broader business objectives.

Follow Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance requirements when building and operating software solutions.

Learn and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-powered development practices, with guidance from the team.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR 1+ years of equivalent work experience.

Good development experience using Azure resources and services.

Good exposure to Azure DevOps (VSO), Git, and modern engineering practices.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Hands-on experience or exposure to React and/or other JavaScript frameworks is a plus.

Ability to use App Insights and Kusto for troubleshooting and operational analysis.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
