Software Engineer

Contribute to the software architecture and design of mission systems

Support software integration and test/V&V activities

Contribute to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) initiatives

Develop technologies that will shape combat aviation for decades to come.

Successful candidates should ideally possess:

Degree level education or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.

Demonstrable experience of architecting, designing and delivering software solutions

Competency in at least one of C, C++, Python or Ada

Demonstrated high levels of motivation, integrity, and professionalism

Flexibility, innovation, and commitment to delivery in fast-paced environments

Knowledge of UML and/or DO-178C is advantageous but not necessary

Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred.

This role has a salary of between £36,000 and £45,000 plus our flexible benefits package.

We are open to this role being spent with time working from home and in the office (hybrid - typically 3 days working in office) on a weekly basis or fully in our offices.
