What You Will Do
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable Go microservices in a cloud-native environment.
- Implement and improve RESTful APIs and gRPC services between microservices.
- Improve system scalability, reliability, and maintainability through sound microservices practices.
- Implement real-time messaging and event-driven architectures with Kafka.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and backend engineers.
- Maintain documentation for APIs, architecture, and deployment instructions.
- Design and implement MySQL relational databases.
- Work with MongoDB or DocumentDB for flexible data storage, retrieval, and query optimization.
Expertise You Will Bring
- Strong experience building backend applications with Go.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Experience with Docker and other containerization technologies.
- Proficiency with MySQL, including query optimization, schema design, and performance tuning.
- Experience with MongoDB or AWS DocumentDB.
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Strong problem-solving skills for database-related issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working proficiency in verbal and written English.
