Role Overview
Charlie Health leads the nation in high-acuity virtual behavioral care, having delivered life-saving treatment to more than 100,000 clients nationwide. Our Revenue Engine team builds the technology that powers a seamless financial experience for patients and ensures the business can grow to reach more people who need care.
You'll work across two high-impact surfaces: patient-facing tools that give clients a clear, transparent view of their finances and the ability to manage their payments with confidence, and internal products that streamline how our revenue operations teams work — making insurance billing and revenue collection faster, smarter, and more scalable. For our highest-acuity patients, financial clarity is a critical aspect of their care experience. And for the business, operational excellence in revenue collection is what makes expanding access possible.
