Your Mission: Build systems that transform construction chaos into actionable intelligence.

You build entire features while others are still in planning meetings:

Build beautiful, fast web apps that work offline-first—because construction sites have terrible WiFi

Create progressive web apps for construction foremen that feel native on any device

Ship real-time collaboration features where teams can mark up blueprints together

Build mobile apps (React Native/Flutter) that sync seamlessly when connection returns

Design APIs that don't break and can handle the chaos of construction data

Build dashboards that give portfolio operators real-time visibility across 10 or 100 sites

Real-time features (WebSockets/WebRTC)

Built something in construction/manufacturing/industrial IoT

Strong design instincts—you ship polished UIs, not just functional code

Experience with offline-first architecture

We're flexible on the stack, but likely:

Frontend: Next.js/React, Tailwind, modern CSS

Backend: FastAPI or Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis

Mobile: React Native or Flutter

Infrastructure: Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), modern deployment tools

You'll help shape these choices as we build.
