Develop scalable backend systems, optimize algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-performance solutions.

Compensation
- Full-time payout is $180,000-$250,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in distributed systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and testing standards.
- Improve performance through profiling, debugging, and algorithmic improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or a similar programming language.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
