A client is seeking an entry-level Software Engineer for full-time work on scalable backend systems.
The role supports mission-critical infrastructure and real-time user experiences across global platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in distributed systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and testing standards.
- Optimize performance through profiling, debugging, and algorithmic improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Compensation
- The stated payout is $180K-$250K per year.
