Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in distributed systems.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code following best practices and testing standards.
- Optimize system performance through profiling, debugging, and algorithmic improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, or Java is required.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native development is required.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and performance tuning is required.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles is required.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines is required.
