Develop scalable backend systems, optimize algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Job Type and Compensation
- The role is full-time.
- The stated payout is $180K-$250K per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in distributed systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and testing standards.
- Optimize system performance through profiling, debugging, and algorithmic improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Be proficient in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Have experience with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native development.
- Be familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
- Understand data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Have experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
